HDPE Butt Fusion End Cap is a terminal sealing component designed for HDPE pipe systems. It uses hot-melt butt technology to achieve seamless connection with the pipe to ensure the integrity and sealing of the system. This product is widely used in municipal engineering, chemical pipelines, water supply and drainage systems and other fields, and is an indispensable key component in pipeline construction.

Core features of HDPE Butt Fusion End Cap

1. High-quality materials: Made of PE100/PERC grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion from most acid, alkali and salt solutions, making it particularly suitable for chemical industry applications.

2. Reliable connection: Designed specifically for Butt Fusion process, it forms a molecular-level bond through hot-melt welding, and the interface strength is higher than the pipe body, ensuring the same strength and sealing performance as the pipe.

3. Diversified specifications: The size ranges from DN63mm to DN800mm, and the color can be customized according to customer requirements to meet different engineering needs.

4. Long life design: With HDPE pipe system, the service life can reach more than 50 years, with excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, suitable for underground burial or harsh environment applications.
