Flexible Grooved Coupling, XGQT2, Ral3000 Epoxy, 300psi, UL/FM/CE. Extra degrees of deflection angular is allowed for flexible coupling, butwhen the flexible coupling is assembled, the value must be no morethan the maximum degree. To ensure valid seal property, the torque of the bolts must be withinthe scope of the demands, Too big torque will damage the bolts andhousing, too small torque will cause leakage.

Ductile Iron: Standard couplinghousings and fittings are made of ductile iron conforming to ASTMA536 Gr. 65-45-12. The properties of Grade 65-45-12 ductile iron are as follows; 65,000 psi (448 MPa) tensilestrength, 45,000 psi (310 MPa) yieldstrength and 12% elongation.  we also offer ductile iron made to ASTM A395 Gr.60-40-18, for applications where required or where boilercodes may apply.
