The sliding fire door is ideal for optimizing spaces
Its operation can be manual, semi-automatic or automatic, the most common being semi-automatic, whose closing is guaranteed by a counterweight acting on the leaf.
OPERATION
The sliding fire doors are designed for the closing and sectorization of large openings, both in the always open position and in intensive use. Its operation can be manual, semi-automatic or automatic. Closing guaranteed by a counterweight acting on the leaf (*). When the alarm signal emits an impulse to the electromagnet (24 VDC) or the thermal fuse reaches a temperature of 68º C, the door is released and is dragged by the counterweight, leaving the door totally closed and with the action of the fire, the intumescent gasket installed in the smoke-tight labyrinth expands around the perimeter of the door, sealing it.
*) Exceptionally in semi-automatic and automatic operation, the closing is guaranteed by a UPS.
